 HELLO I'M AMANDA! I GRADUATED IN PUBLIC HEALTH AND BEGAN MY WONDERFUL JOURNEY IN RES HAB  A YEAR AGO. I LOVE WORKING FOR ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL AND PHYSICAL DISABILITIES. MY INTEREST AND COMMITMENT HAS GROWN FOR THIS COMMUNITY AND IT IS MY GOAL TO BRING MORE JOY AND HAPPINESS TO THOSE I SERVE THROUGHOUT IDAHO! I HAVE LEARNED THAT THIS SMALL COMMUNITY OF INDIVIDUALS CAN HAVE A HUGE IMPACT ON THOSE THEY MEET AND THE WORLD!  

 Elva has 20 years of experience with children and adults with developmental disabilities.  She has been the director of many large reshab programs and she wanted to have a program that would be smaller and more personal in their care for the clients, guardians, and staff.  She loves to ensure all the participants are having a good time and that they are exploring the world around them.  The goal for her is to provide a quality of life for those she serves.  She has been a QIDP for the last 15 years
